EXTERNAL ASSET MANAGEMENT
Armour Asset Management seeks to provide an independent and bespoke platform through an open architecture provided by our bank partners. We aim to satisfy each and every client’s mandate in accordance to their unique risk profile, product suitability and liquidity concerns.
- Strategic asset allocation and diversification will be the basic tenets of our investment philosophy. We strive to deliver consistent and solid performance over time.
- Each portfolio will be constructed in accordance with the respective client’s mandate and risk tolerance. We endeavour to offer a wide range of investment ideas and broad market analysis and build bespoke portfolios from assets across geographical regions.
- We also provide generation and succession planning through the incorporation of family offices, trusts, foundations (including charitable foundations) and private holding companies.

FUND MANAGEMENT
In today’s highly volatile environment, Armour Asset Management maintains a broad perspective on different asset classes. We constantly evaluate which asset classes are best suited to achieve targeted risk-weighted returns. Clear and proper asset allocation and diversification, coupled with careful timing of launch, will form critical bases for the incorporation of each fund.
Armour aims to progressively set up funds that are country-specific (North America, Asia ex-Japan, Europe, Emerging Markets, etc) and thematic (Technology - robotics/cyber-security/artificial intelligence, Healthcare, Financial, Energy, etc).
Understanding clients’ risk appetite and profile are key to successful investment outcomes so as to achieve a win-win situation in the long run.

With over 25 years of experience, Kia Seng has an established track record with excellent reputation in the private banking industry. Kia Seng brings with him strong understanding of both regional and global equities, FX and bond markets. Over the years, he has developed a wide network of key clients and prospects in Asia.

Under Armour Asset Management, he aims to continue to serve these clients with undivided attention. With his experience and passion for private banking, he also endeavours to develop and nurture new talents within Singapore in the private banking business, equipping them with the proper competence and training required in this tough and demanding environment. His ultimate vision is to build a best-in-class boutique private banking outfit, with clear emphasis in ensuring good performance within a framework of proper regulatory compliance and accountability.

Spending more than twenty years in the banking industry, spanning from corporate banking to Private Wealth Management, Angie brings along with her a wide breadth of experience in Client Relations, Business Management and Operations.
Prior to joining Armour Asset Management, Angie spent eight years with CA Indosuez (Suisse) SA, Singapore,
Spending more than twenty years in the banking industry, spanning from corporate banking to Private Wealth Management, Angie brings along with her a wide breadth of experience in Client Relations, Business Management and Operations.
Prior to joining Armour Asset Management, Angie spent eight years with CA Indosuez (Suisse) SA, Singapore, playing an exceptionally instrumental role in the development and growth of the NRI team. Being a key representative of the NRI team, she maintained oversight of the end-to-end business operation and internal governance for the team.
Under Armour Asset Management, she continues to provide directions for these important functions.
Angie started her banking career with HSBC and moving on to OCBC to do cash management sales with the Enterprise Banking segment.
During her early years in the Private Banking space, she was extensively involved with UHNW client’s wealth management, where she was cherished by clients for her genuine passion, high integrity and strong ability to connect with people.
She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of South Australia.
